Alain Del Bustamante Pascua is the Founding President of KAAKBAY Partylist. He has served in government as an Assistant Secretary in the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) incharged of the Basic Sectors, Congress and Media. Pascua is the Secretary-General of the Be Not Afraid Movement (BNA) and was the Founding President of the National Association of Student Councils of the Philippines (NASCOP) when he was the President of the Adamson University Student Government. Pascua also studied at the Mary Help of Christians Seminary and is a member of the Philippine Alliance of eX-seminarians (PAX). He finished his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Presidential Medallion Award. He is also graduate student at the National College of Public Administration and Governance at the University of the Philippines (UP-NCPAG). Pascua was born in Gerona, Tarlac, but his mother’s roots can be traced in Burgos, Pangasinan. He currently resides in Matandang Balara, Quezon City.

Prof. Leonor "Liling" Magtolis Briones is the Lead Convenor of Social Watch Philipines (SWP), Co-Coordinator of Social Watch Asia, and member of the International Coordinating Committee of Global Network of Social Watch. Briones is an Oxfam Ambassador to G-8 (USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Russia, Italy, Japan). She is a professor at the National College of Public Admnistration and Governance in the University of the Philippines (UP-NCPAG). She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Siliman University, magna cum laude, and a MPA (1967) from NCPAG, University of the Philippines. She also has a post-graduate diploma from the University of Leeds (1968) in the UK and a certificate of Public Policy from the Harvard Institute for International Development (1984). Briones was a former National Treasurer, Chairperson of Silliman University and President of the Freedom from Debt Coalition (FDC). Briones hails from Valencia, Negros Oriental. She is a Member of KAAKBAY National Council representing the Academe.

Eulogio "Ogie" Unite Tumbali hails from Nabunturan, Compostela Valley in Mindanao. Tumbali was a former Tree Marker, Forest Guard and Scaler at the former Bureau of Forest Development, which is now the Department of the Environment and Natural Resources. He finished Forestry at the University of Mindanao, was former President of the Rotary Club of Compostela Valley, former officer of the Regional Emergency Action Telecommunications (REACT) of Agusan del Sur, member of Quota International, and former General Manager of Cabidiananan Wood Industry Workers Cooperative in Nabunturan. Tumbali hails from Ballesteros, Cagayan Valley but he now resides in Mindanao ever since he migrated when he was in college. Tumbali is KAAKBAY's Regional Convenor for Southern Mindanao.

Cicero Dait Lumauig was a former Attache and Protocol Officer at the Philippine Mission to the United Nations (UN) in New York, USA, and was a Delegate in several assemblies of the UN in the Special Political Committee and Committee on Decolonization. He was a former Special Assistant to the Philippine Representative at the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) incharged of meeting and networking with Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Taiwan, and was a former Immigrantion Agent of the Bureau of Immigration. Mr. Lumauig finished Political Science at the University of the East. He is a Gaddang native and hails from Alfoso Lista, Ifugao in the Cordilleras. Lumauig is KAAKBAY's Regional Convenor for the Cordilleras.

Daniel Persia Galvan is a Professional Electrical Engineer who started as an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) in the Middle East. He is a Life Member of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines (IIEE) and President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy Gain Associates, Inc. Galvan is a Former Vice President for Engineering of Davies Energy Systems, Inc., and former Speaker of the Adamson University Student Parliament. He is graduate student at the University of the Philippines taking up Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Power Option. Galvan hails from Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, and is presently residing in Las Pinas. He is a Member of the National Council of KAAKBAY Partylist representing the Professional Sector.
